PRODUCT SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE
After your order has been processed and payment has been recorded in our system, the next steps are: selection, packaging and shipping. This process generally takes 7 business days. You will receive the tracking code in the email registered at purchase within 7 business days after processing your order. To track your order, simply go to the website and paste the tracking code you receive in your email.

Since this is an international order, for tracking to be available on the website, there must be a movement of the product and for this reason, it takes approximately 5 to 10 business days to be able to see the tracking of the product.
MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is estimated at 4-6 Weeks after the order has been shipped. However, adverse factors such as delays in the release of the Federal Revenue, post office strikes, inability to deliver due to weather factors or risk areas, national holidays may add a few days to the delivery of the product.
Cancellations
Your order can be canceled if you request it within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours it will not be possible to cancel since your package is already in the shipping process. Please, if you need to cancel or regret your purchase, contact us within 12 hours of paying for your order.

Our store is located in another country with sales all or the world. For this reason we serve all Dollar Currencies on Card bills. We work with an automatic 30% discount on the website, so if there is any cost such as a dollar fee on the credit card statement, this cost will be reduced for the customer.
Customs Fees
If your order was taxed by Customs, we cannot make payment because we are from another country, there is no payment option here. We ask you, dear Customer, to pay the customs fee and contact our team who will send you a Discount Coupon for a new Purchase of 50%. This was the way we found to help you with this small expense. We kindly ask you to check your Code daily for payment of the Express Fee and to receive your package on time. We work with an automatic 30% discount on the website, so if there are any costs such as customs fees, this cost will be reduced for the client.
